A Second Place Speech Finish at Rawlins Co.

The DCHS Speech team received a 2nd place finish at the Rawlins County Invitational Speech Tournament. There were eight total schools that participated. Quinter got 1st place, Oberlin 2nd place, and Colby 3rd place.
