Guest Card
If a DCHS student wants to bring a guest to any DCHS dance (Homecoming, Student Council-sponsored dances, or Prom), a guest card must be completed and turned in to the principal one week prior to the dance.
Students can click on the PDF file below, complete the form, and turn it in to Mr. Jimenez.
