A spirit-filled Homecoming week at Decatur Community High School entailed dressing up for Spirit Week, locker and window decorating, and float building.

The cheerleaders chose the different spirit days. Monday was Pajama Day, which was won by the seniors with 95 percent participation. The juniors were second, and the freshmen, third. Individual winners were Clayton Carter, Dawson Kempt and Kole Breth. Spirit Week 2017 - Pajama Day
