NCAA athletics: If you need ACT or SAT test scores
sent to the NCAA Clearinghouse,
their code number is 9999.
They will no longer accept these test scores
on the official high school transcript;
they must come directly from the testing company.
If you plan on attending a Division I or Division II University,
and compete in athletics,
don't forget to go to www.ncaaclearinghouse.net
and complete the amateurism form.
After April 4th, you have to log back in
to complete the Final Authorization Signature sheet!
