Summer Weights - Begin June 1


DCJ/SHS Summer Weights Program

“The best ATHLETES are made during the OFFSEASON.”

First Day: Monday, June 1

Days Open: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays


High School Boys- 6:30-7:15 a.m.

High School Girls- 7:15-8:00 a.m.

Jr. High- 8:00-9:00 a.m.

If you make 80 percent of the sessions, you will get a summer weight shirt.  That means you need to be here at least 25 days.  


Schedules for practices and camps:

Jr. High Boys' Basketball:  Summer Weights

         Practices:   Mondays/ Wednesdays after Weights  (9:00 to 10:00)  Big Gym

         Summer League:  ??   

         Team Camp:  Probably  (Invite incoming 5th and 6th gr.)  

Jr. High Girls' Basketball:  Summer Weights

Jr. High Girls' Volleyball:  Summer Weights

High School Volleyball: Summer Weights

     Team Camp: ?

     Tournament: ?

     Scrimmages: ?

     Practice: Wednesdays from 8-9 a.m.

High School Boys' Basketball: Summer Weights

High School Girls' Basketball: Summer Weights

      Practice: Mondays from 8-9 a.m.

      Scrimmages: July 2, 9, and 16

      Team Camp: June 15-18 from 8-9 a.m.

High School Football: Summer Weights

      Team Camp: ?

Jr. High Football: Summer Weights

Cross Country (Junior high and high school): Summer Weights

       Practice: Tuesdays at 6:30 a.m.
